Room151 is a news, comment and resource platform for local authority treasury managers, Section 151 Officers and elected members focussing on cash and risk management. The banking crisis of 2008 and local authority lending to Icelandic banks has created a greater demand for timely information, collaboration among local authorities and a forum for discussing investment risk and opportunity. Room 151 aims to provide just that forum.
